Your life is filled with moments that are too precious to leave to memory alone.  Those are the moments that I preserve for you with portraits created as art.

Your life doesn’t take place in a photo studio and your family memories shouldn’t be captured there either.  The portraits I design for you are created outdoors at your favorite location or at your home.  You’ll love the difference in expressions and posing when everyone is comfortable and relaxed!

My mission is to create exceptional portraiture for those clients who desire the very best!

From “Lifestyle” images of children and high school seniors to couples, families and weddings, your portraits will become heirlooms that you’ll pass down through generations.

An avid sports fan, Tod has been one of the most sought after sports photographers In California and the West Coast.  When Tod is working as “The Adrenaline Photographer”, he has created images for pro athletes like Zach Miller, Maurice Jones Drew, Marshawn Lynch, Chris Wondolowski, Robert Turbin, Matt Overton, Will Clark, Ray Guy, Walter Jones and Cortez Kennedy!  Tod has worked in Mile High Stadium in Denver, Century Link Field in Seattle, Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, Candlestick Park SF, Sacramento Kings Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, ATT Park in San Francisco, Arizona and Fawcett Stadium at the Hall of Fame in Canton, OH.

 As your family’s portrait photographer, Tod will create your portraits with the same care and precision as he is known for in the world of sports.

Why do you have a passion for creating portraits?
Every family deserves to be able to look back at their special moments and remember that time and place. Our milestone moments are too special to be left to memory alone.  I love knowing that I’m helping families preserve traditions.  Every family should own heirloom portraits they can pass down through generations. I’m very fortunate to have family photos from my childhood that always bring me back to a place and time that reminds me of my strong family ties!  My desire is for you to experience the same!


What’s different about your portraiture?
Families don’t live in photography studios!  Families don’t build memories in photo studios! Milestone moments never take place in a photographer’s studio.  Great portraits MUST be created out in the world that each family lives in!  Emotional,amazing expressions happen where people are most comfortable.  That’s where I create images for my clients that they’ll cherish!  The world is my studio!


Is there a reason you don’t talk about your achievements first?
Creating portraits that my clients love means more to me than all the accolades and photographic achievements I’ve accumulated.  Yes, I’m very proud to be one of the 8% of photographers in the world who hold the title of Certified Professional Photographer. I worked hard to achieve that title, but nothing compares to the reaction I receive when a family views their portraits for the first time!
